UnRarX

UnRarX is a free WinRAR tool for Mac that allows you to unpack RAR files. It's easy to use with drag and drop and powerful enough to deal with almost any archive. UnRarX is very easy to use. Simply drag and drop RAR files onto the UnRarX interface and your files will be automatically unpacked. The extraction process appears in the main section of the UnRarX interface to indicate the progress of the extraction process. The main controls for UnRarX are in the upper right corner of the main interface. These features allow you to view the file, extract the files, and test the files to see if they are corrupted. If your file is password protected, just click the "password" button and enter it to open and extract the archive.

You may encounter several problems depending on your file type. If you get a CRC error, it is likely that one of your RAR archives is corrupted. Also, if you get the error message "UnRarX cannot extract archive", try redirecting the output volume to the desktop instead of to the File Directory. These small glitches can make UnRarX a bit tricky for beginners, but most people should experience small problems.
